Dear Aroma Customer Service,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received. My recent experience with your company has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
My order took several months to arrive, and during this time, my emails were not responded to. When I finally received a part of my order, I was informed that I would receive a credit for the missing items. Despite this, I have not received either the missing items or a refund.
This situation has led to significant inconvenience, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and communication throughout this process. I am still waiting for my refund and would like to know if there is any way to resolve this issue promptly.
Given these experiences, I will not be ordering from Aroma again and would not recommend your company to others. I believe it is only fair that you process my refund without further delay.
Please address this matter as soon as possible.
