I have only used the Everest Premium and Premium ultra strong to date
I use the product by inhaling through the nose.
I would recommend the product to adult males.
The product is ok, but I find it gives a greater effect if a small amount of the product is poured into a separate slightly larger bottle with cotton wool inside

Everest premium is super strong, not for the weak and inexperienced. Deja Vu isn't as strong, but still a good quality mix.
