I have used Amyl in a responsible way, with health and safety my first priority. Amyl is quite strong, so you need to be careful how you use it. Small amounts are best, between intervals / breaks. To avoid any burns, I use a petroleum based gel, as a barrier. This works beautifully for me. Overall, a very satisfying experience..
