My previous order was delayed by 2 weeks for customs issues. Not actually your company fault but new customs rules I guess. It took awhile to get proper paperwork. It was resolved but the required paperwork hopefully can be included with future order to help in deliveries.

Ordered 4 gate poppers as usual, very poor no hit whatsoever, contacted customer service who sent out another 4 bottles of gate to replace the previous order- so overall very satisfied just unsure why the first four bottles were defective, but no problem satisfied

I have used Poppers Aromas for a number of years now. There is a great selection of makes and sizes at good prices, especially during a sale. Delivery is fast and free if one spends over a certain amount. Always discreet packaging. Would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy online.

The products that I received have the strength I was hoping for. I still wish I could find the original ones that were available in the 80's and 90's, but the ones I received were very good at a reasonable price.
The shipping was fabulous. I was surprised how quickly my order arrived in my small town in Kansas. I was also happy that FedEx was used and did not require a signature. I have had orders come in the past via the US Postal Service that require a signature. That means a trip to the Post Office to get my parcel. I assumed I would need to sign for the package after reading about it online, but FedEx said "no signature required".
I will have no hesitation in ordering again. Thank you for making this a pleasant transaction!

There was a problem with the delivery of my order which was not the fault of this company but of the carrier. The response from Customer Service was very fast and the problem was quickly corrected with a new order being shipped rapidly to replace the lost delivery. This was at no extra cost to me.

From the 2 orders i placed i will say the following. Order precedure is ok but for me when adding a product to the shopping cart i would like it if there was not a constant pop-up for "product successfully added to your shopping cart". I understand the reason but i think that before "ordering" anyone would already check to see if they have everything in the cart. Customer support has been very helpful when i had questions. From a scale of 1 to 10 i would (for now) give it a 9 because there is always room for improvement. I buy for someone else that is not so straight forward about what he wants but he confirmed that the quality is good. If someone else ever asked me where they can but these products i would of course recommend this website. Thank you!
