I'm very pleased with the new UPS delivery to the US, which is fast and easily tracked. It's a shame they can't accept the aluminum bottles as those are my favorite - they seem to keep the product fresh for longer than the glass. Nonetheless I am very happy to have access to the quality of product you offer.

A minor point. The order tracking process seems a bit piecemeal, but it gets the job done. Since it involves international delivery, There are multiple parties involved, so I don’t think you can improve the process. The existing process works in the products get delivered. It’s good enough. Just not great.

I was hesitant about ordering from an overseas supplier. But the website and transaction worked well. All items arrived well packed and timely. Having to pay for the tariff charges was annoying, but that is not under Poppers Aroma control. I was hoping.that some of my choices would be at a potency that was stronger that US suppliers. Unfortunately, I did not find that to be the case.

I only suit using Amyl poppers. Plenty of choice available and always a quick delivery. My only concern is that on a few occasions one of the bottles have leaked, and the package can be a little pungent!

I absolutely love your website and the huge range of products you stock! The loyalty scheme is great too, and I really appreciate the regular offers. To date I’ve never had an issue that has meant I needed to contact support- every order has arrived, every bottle intact. Zero complaints, and yes I always recommend you to friends. The only thing about the whole ordering process I’ve never quite understood is shipping though.. I have no idea what the difference between chronopost and collisimo is, at least when it comes to the UK I think they both get delivered by the same company anyway!
Keep doing what you’re doing, especially in continuing to add to the great range of 10-15ml bottles. I much prefer them to the larger bottles which eventually go off. I don’t use isopropyl myself though, so sometimes when the free gift is one of those it’s not ideal- but it’s free so I’m not going to complain!
Also feedback to Everest- their ‘Brutal’ bottles are the hardest thing to open in the universe! I usually have get tools out to get in the first time!

I LOVE that the product bottles were shrink wrapped into two sealed packages and then shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. This last shipment arrived safe and undamaged which I very much appreciated.
The prior shipment was in a much less sturdy cardboard box which was damaged in transit. The product bottles were only wrapped in bundle wrap and one bottle had leaked all over the remaining bottles.
The change in product packing methods was a great improvement and will definitely make me a return customer.

I've always been impressed by your company's customer service and quick reply to my inquiries. This most recent order was handled in the most expeditious manner ever. One question, there is one new brand that for whatever reason cannot be exported to the US. I'm curious as to why, or what it the specific ingredient that prohibits its export. Or perhaps there is some other reason.

I have used these guys lots of time and never had a problem. Always a great selection and always got some kind of offer on. The postage is fairly quick ad they are packaged really well so i've never had any broken bottles or leaked products.
I have tried lots of different very strong poppers but i find some of them are not as strong as they claim. The ones which i get which are always really strong and long lasting are calle "Amyl" which is pure Amyl Nitrate, which isn't available in the UK. They come in 25ml or 10ml, i find them very strong, long lasting after opened and a much better hit than the propyl based poppers.

I was so disappointed when a few months back the decision was made to discontinue shipments to the U.S. I was patient and elected to hold off on purchasing from another source until such time that you might restart shipping to the U.S. which to my joy, you did! Upon my comments about the great service from you, in that I get my order three days later, my best friend placed his first order the day after I placed mine. Exactly three days later I received my order. He should have gotten his the next day after mine. So far he has not. He has gotten a text saying the package is in Newark,New Jersey which is thirty minutes away and no delivery date mentioned.. This is close to three weeks now., he still hasn't received his order. Your shipping prices are absolutely ridiculous! They are almost 2½ times the price of the products you sell. If your shipping prices do not come down, people, especially your patrons outside of Europe, will not be able to afford to order from you anymore. Your shipping costs are becoming price-prohibitve!
