I have ordered from you for years. My last order was a couple of weeks ago. Upon my comments about the great service from you, in that I get my order three days later, my best friend placed his first order the day after I placed mine. Exactly three days later I received my order. He should have gotten his the next day after mine. So far he has not. He has gotten a text saying the package is in Newark,New Jersey which is thirty minutes away and no delivery date mentioned.. This is close to three weeks now., he still hasn't received his order. I only suit using Amyl poppers. Plenty of choice available and always a quick delivery. My only concern is that on a few occasions one of the bottles have leaked, and the package can be a little pungent!

I'm very pleased with the new UPS delivery to the US, which is fast and easily tracked. It's a shame they can't accept the aluminum bottles as those are my favorite - they seem to keep the product fresh for longer than the glass. Really happy with this order. The new shipper is a huge upgrade. They actually update the tracking status along the way instead of leaving me guessing which day in a two week window my package is showing up. Order was processed and out the door fast too.
Also have to mention the switch from metal to glass containers. Way less likely to leak, which saves frustration on both ends. Smart move.
Will be ordering again.

Service is good, I usually have an order worth over 90 euro, an offer of free postage like that given to Uk orders, over a certain amount would be appreciated, or or cheaper option for delivery. I have recommended the site to a number of freinds and colleauges.
Complaints are dealt with quickly as they arise and customer service is excellent.

A minor point. The order tracking process seems a bit piecemeal, but it gets the job done. Since it involves international delivery, There are multiple parties involved, so I don’t think you can improve the process. The existing process works in the products get delivered. It’s good enough. Just not great.

One question, there is one new brand that for whatever reason cannot be exported to the US. I'm curious as to why, or what it the specific ingredient that prohibits its export. I was hesitant about ordering from an overseas supplier. But the website and transaction worked well. All items arrived well packed and timely. Having to pay for the tariff charges was annoying, but that is not under Poppers Aroma control. I was hoping.that some of my choices would be at a potency that was stronger that US suppliers. Unfortunately, I did not find that to be the case.

I was so disappointed when a few months back the decision was made to discontinue shipments to the U.S. I was patient and elected to hold off on purchasing from another source until such time that you might restart shipping to the U.S. which to my joy, you did! From order entry to delivery everything worked even better with UPS than in the past with Colissimo. I will continue to be a loyal customer and look forward to ordering again soon.
