Customer service is good when parcels go missing, it’s only the one time it’s happened but was annoying to wait so long.
The couriers was at fault so it’s not the company being careless sending out(I’ve ordered several times without issues), thankfully parcel arrived some what later than expected.

I'm very pleased with the new UPS delivery to the US, which is fast and easily tracked. It's a shame they can't accept the aluminum bottles as those are my favorite - they seem to keep the product fresh for longer than the glass. Nonetheless I am very happy to have access to the quality of product you offer.

Your shipping prices are absolutely ridiculous! They are almost 2½ times the price of the products you sell. If your shipping prices do not come down, people, especially your patrons outside of Europe, will not be able to afford to order from you anymore. Your shipping costs are becoming price-prohibitve!

Delivery was fine and packaging was good and well cushioned. There was a problem with one of the items ordered though. The cap on the bottle was cross threaded and it had leaked which gave the package a strong aroma. This was disappointing which made one item ordered unusable.

After an error not of Poppers Aromas making - a wrong delivery postcode that the courier DPD would not fix so the delivery was returned - the company sent a new order before the DPD package was returned. So, though the process took a long time to get from initial order to final delivery, PA did the best it could - so I was pleased with their efforts. Proof that when something goes wrong, dealing with the issue in a professional way is an opportunity to build a good customer service relationship!

I have already recommended you to others - by leaving your link in the comments on a highly popular Instagram post about poppers, stating that customers can filter by nitrite type. The post was highlighting the dangers of poppers and that amyl nitrite was the ‘safest’ option. My comment received 30+ likes before I believe it was removed by Instagram for promoting your webpage - but I’ve done my bit to try and spread the word!
I have always found the ordering process simple, and I have only ever once had my package confiscated by Customs on arrival into Australia - your customer help team immediately re-sent it via UPS and I received it shortly thereafter.

Everything was delivered only slight issue was with a bottle of Iron fist. I'm in the UK so I think the air pressure forced the cap to explode off, they were the only bottle without a plastic seal from top to bottom on them. Might be worth thinking for purchases where delivery is via air that some bottle s might need a layer of sealing around the cap if they don't have one. That was the only issue, all other bottles were fine so I'm pleased.
