I LOVE that the product bottles were shrink wrapped into two sealed packages and then shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. This last shipment arrived safe and undamaged which I very much appreciated.
The prior shipment was in a much less sturdy cardboard box which was damaged in transit. The product bottles were only wrapped in bundle wrap and one bottle had leaked all over the remaining bottles.
The change in product packing methods was a great improvement and will definitely make me a return customer.

Amazing both Leakproof sniffers - - so comfortable and no burns and you get maximum power and no spill concern during moments of passion. Juts the one that I purchased the
Leakproof Kinky SNFFR - XTRM XL - I cannot get the poppers bottle that fits that inhaler here in South Africa, but will keep it for my trips abroad where am sure to get a bottle that fits it . Also other products are very temping on your website but being in South Africa the import duties are extremely high . BUT LOVE YR INHALERS

I have bought from you a couple of times, have subscribed to the newsletter and are interested in placing a new one. I may have missed that loyalty points expires and in my account is stated that I cannot get any discount yet. But a new customer can probably get it when signing in.
It makes me a bit disappointed. Perhaps its just a sale trick.

I have been ordering my poppers through this site for several years now and I don't have a bad word to say against them.
Such a range of poppers of all strengths and different sized bottles if need be. Good value, even more so, if several bottles are bought and you get a discount. Plus you earn points which can be converted into cash with your next purchase.
I order from the UK and have had no problems with postage and delivery from the continent. Packaging is very good indeed.

Your shipping prices are absolutely ridiculous! They are almost 2½ times the price of the products you sell. If your shipping prices do not come down, people, especially your patrons outside of Europe, will not be able to afford to order from you anymore. Your shipping costs are becoming price-prohibitve!

I'm very pleased with the new UPS delivery to the US, which is fast and easily tracked. It's a shame they can't accept the aluminum bottles as those are my favorite - they seem to keep the product fresh for longer than the glass. Nonetheless I am very happy to have access to the quality of product you offer.

Customer service is good when parcels go missing, it’s only the one time it’s happened but was annoying to wait so long.
The couriers was at fault so it’s not the company being careless sending out(I’ve ordered several times without issues), thankfully parcel arrived some what later than expected.

After an error not of Poppers Aromas making - a wrong delivery postcode that the courier DPD would not fix so the delivery was returned - the company sent a new order before the DPD package was returned. So, though the process took a long time to get from initial order to final delivery, PA did the best it could - so I was pleased with their efforts. Proof that when something goes wrong, dealing with the issue in a professional way is an opportunity to build a good customer service relationship!

I have used these guys lots of time and never had a problem. Always a great selection and always got some kind of offer on. The postage is fairly quick ad they are packaged really well so i've never had any broken bottles or leaked products.
I have tried lots of different very strong poppers but i find some of them are not as strong as they claim. The ones which i get which are always really strong and long lasting are calle "Amyl" which is pure Amyl Nitrate, which isn't available in the UK. They come in 25ml or 10ml, i find them very strong, long lasting after opened and a much better hit than the propyl based poppers.

I absolutely love your website and the huge range of products you stock! The loyalty scheme is great too, and I really appreciate the regular offers. To date I’ve never had an issue that has meant I needed to contact support- every order has arrived, every bottle intact. Zero complaints, and yes I always recommend you to friends. The only thing about the whole ordering process I’ve never quite understood is shipping though.. I have no idea what the difference between chronopost and collisimo is, at least when it comes to the UK I think they both get delivered by the same company anyway!
Keep doing what you’re doing, especially in continuing to add to the great range of 10-15ml bottles. I much prefer them to the larger bottles which eventually go off. I don’t use isopropyl myself though, so sometimes when the free gift is one of those it’s not ideal- but it’s free so I’m not going to complain!
Also feedback to Everest- their ‘Brutal’ bottles are the hardest thing to open in the universe! I usually have get tools out to get in the first time!

A minor point. The order tracking process seems a bit piecemeal, but it gets the job done. Since it involves international delivery, There are multiple parties involved, so I don’t think you can improve the process. The existing process works in the products get delivered. It’s good enough. Just not great.

I only suit using Amyl poppers. Plenty of choice available and always a quick delivery. My only concern is that on a few occasions one of the bottles have leaked, and the package can be a little pungent!

Delivery was fine and packaging was good and well cushioned. There was a problem with one of the items ordered though. The cap on the bottle was cross threaded and it had leaked which gave the package a strong aroma. This was disappointing which made one item ordered unusable.

I found the 3 bottle bundle not to be the bargain it looked to be., after receiving my order I looked at the individual bottle prices and found I could have saved money by buying them individually.
I don't like sharp practices like this, it's deceitful and underhanded and should be stopped. Your Amyl product is excellent and everyone I've met and who have tried them agree and have taken your website address away with them with a view to purchasing their own supplies.
