I absolutely love your website and the huge range of products you stock! The loyalty scheme is great too, and I really appreciate the regular offers. To date I’ve never had an issue that has meant I needed to contact support- every order has arrived, every bottle intact. Zero complaints, and yes I always recommend you to friends. The only thing about the whole ordering process I’ve never quite understood is shipping though.. I have no idea what the difference between chronopost and collisimo is, at least when it comes to the UK I think they both get delivered by the same company anyway!
Keep doing what you’re doing, especially in continuing to add to the great range of 10-15ml bottles. I much prefer them to the larger bottles which eventually go off. I don’t use isopropyl myself though, so sometimes when the free gift is one of those it’s not ideal- but it’s free so I’m not going to complain!
Also feedback to Everest- their ‘Brutal’ bottles are the hardest thing to open in the universe! I usually have get tools out to get in the first time!

I LOVE that the product bottles were shrink wrapped into two sealed packages and then shipped in a sturdy cardboard box. This last shipment arrived safe and undamaged which I very much appreciated.
The prior shipment was in a much less sturdy cardboard box which was damaged in transit. The product bottles were only wrapped in bundle wrap and one bottle had leaked all over the remaining bottles.
The change in product packing methods was a great improvement and will definitely make me a return customer.

I only suit using Amyl poppers. Plenty of choice available and always a quick delivery. My only concern is that on a few occasions one of the bottles have leaked, and the package can be a little pungent!

Your shipping prices are absolutely ridiculous! They are almost 2½ times the price of the products you sell. If your shipping prices do not come down, people, especially your patrons outside of Europe, will not be able to afford to order from you anymore. Your shipping costs are becoming price-prohibitve!

I was hesitant about ordering from an overseas supplier. But the website and transaction worked well. All items arrived well packed and timely. Having to pay for the tariff charges was annoying, but that is not under Poppers Aroma control. I was hoping.that some of my choices would be at a potency that was stronger that US suppliers. Unfortunately, I did not find that to be the case.

The products are amazing quality (true Amyl!), but the shipping was very high. This can't be blamed PoppersAromas though, due to tariffs and shipping to the US. Honestly, the quality is so good that it is worth the cost of shipping. They shipped it out immediately on their end and I experienced zero problems. Packaging was great and everything seems very professional.

One question, there is one new brand that for whatever reason cannot be exported to the US. I'm curious as to why, or what it the specific ingredient that prohibits its export. Leakproof Kinky SNFFR - XTRM XL - I cannot get the poppers bottle that fits that inhaler here in South Africa, but will keep it for my trips abroad where am sure to get a bottle that fits it . Service is good, I usually have an order worth over 90 euro, an offer of free postage like that given to Uk orders, over a certain amount would be appreciated, or or cheaper option for delivery. I have recommended the site to a number of freinds and colleauges.
Complaints are dealt with quickly as they arise and customer service is excellent.

Really happy with this order. The new shipper is a huge upgrade. They actually update the tracking status along the way instead of leaving me guessing which day in a two week window my package is showing up. Order was processed and out the door fast too.
Also have to mention the switch from metal to glass containers. Way less likely to leak, which saves frustration on both ends. Smart move.
Will be ordering again.

I have used these guys lots of time and never had a problem. Always a great selection and always got some kind of offer on. The postage is fairly quick ad they are packaged really well so i've never had any broken bottles or leaked products.
I have tried lots of different very strong poppers but i find some of them are not as strong as they claim. The ones which i get which are always really strong and long lasting are calle "Amyl" which is pure Amyl Nitrate, which isn't available in the UK. They come in 25ml or 10ml, i find them very strong, long lasting after opened and a much better hit than the propyl based poppers.
