Great service. Ordered late one evening in the UK and arrived 3 days later. Not tried many as I ordered quick a few. Happy with everything though and the packaging was great. No leakage, smell, or sigh there were poppers inside. Thanks. Going away shortly and the other bottles will be cracked open then ;-)

I've had problems in the past actually receiving orders - once stopped by US customs; once local delivery unsuccessful because I wasn't available to supply a signature on delivery. Most recently, followed your advice to keep the order relatively small. Went thru customs AND was left for me without need for signature. Happy with the product and price. Pleased I finally got an order through. I would recommend you for sure.

My shipment in August 2025 was never recieved and *** in customer service tracked the problem and issued me a full refund. She mentioned that they were switching over to FedEx to alleviate shipping problems and I placed anew order in September. The shipping and shipment notifications were terrific and received the package much quicker than anticipated - 5 Stars!!!!

My previous order was delayed by 2 weeks for customs issues. Not actually your company fault but new customs rules I guess. It took awhile to get proper paperwork. It was resolved but the required paperwork hopefully can be included with future order to help in deliveries.

I love buying from the UK.
Can I suggest an option for the double sniffer?
I have 6 bottles and only one will fit the topper. It is the *** Juice. Problem is it is Top Heave due to the weight of the topper. Works great but, if you offered a bottle with a thick base it would greatly improve the experiance. I would buy a dozen bottles and transfer the contents. Have a writable area on the bottle to label the juice. It's a super cheap addition that would make a Major improvement to the product.
Thick glass base on regular size bottle mated to the topper.

There was a problem with the delivery of my order which was not the fault of this company but of the carrier. The response from Customer Service was very fast and the problem was quickly corrected with a new order being shipped rapidly to replace the lost delivery. This was at no extra cost to me.

They are great. Derive phenomenal but there’s no way excuse or reason that ANY bottle should leak or not fully seal. Consider that people have pets and children and the aromas may be harmful and this problem is easily rectifiable. Or allow me to purchase a sealable bottle to stop leaks. This is crazy.
