How do I create my account?
  1. Simply go to the homepage
  2. Then click on the human icon and choose the "Register" option
  3. Fill out your personal details (name, email, chosen password, birthday, … )
  4. Tick “Sign Up for our Newsletter” to make sure you never miss a special offer!
  5. Tick “I agree to our Terms and Conditions”.
  6. Click “Save” and you are done!

Do I need to create an account to shop on Poppers Aromas?

Yes you do, is the short answer!

We can only process your order if you have given us all the necessary delivery details and created an Account. This allows us to get in touch if we need any help with your delivery too!

It only takes 2 minutes! Rest assured, you can modify or delete your account at any time. We commit to respecting your information and giving access to your GDPR data at all times.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your personal information, please contact us by using our Contact form or email us at Ensure you enter ‘Delete Account’ as your email title and provide the email address that is linked with your request.

Please note that due to GDPR regulations, we won’t be able to unsubscribe you from our newsletter. It’s easy to do yourself by clicking on the link at the bottom of the last newsletter you received.

How can I modify my account details?

You can change the details on your account at any time in My Account. Follow these simple steps to update your password, email address, delivery address or payment method:

Log into your account by clicking on the person icon in the top right-hand corner of our shop.

You can now update your account information as preferred: password, addresses,…

Remember to click Save.

Any changes you make to your account will not affect the details of any orders you've already placed. They will be applied to your next order.

I’m not getting any emails from Poppers Aromas, what should I do?

We only communicate with you if you consented to receiving our Newsletters when you created your account, by clicking on that choice.

If you did so but have not received anything it’s a good idea to check your junk mail as it may be there.

By saving our email address to your Contacts this won’t happen again.

If you signed up to the Newsletter using the SUBSCRIBE box at the bottom of the webpage, please check you filled in the right email address without any spelling errors.

My product is not available, how do I know when it will be back in stock?

On some occasions, certain items can be out of stock. Simply sign up for the product’s return notification by clicking on the "Notify me when available" box. This way you will be the first to know and never miss out!
