Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, as soon as your payment is processed, your order can no longer be changed. Feel free to contact us at contact@poppers-aromas.eu or use the contact form with a clear title and your reference order in your message subject line. We will try our best to find a solution.


Can I order over the phone?

Ordering over the phone is not possible as we are a fully online digital shop.

Can I buy poppers wholesale?

Registered business partners have access to our wholesale catalogue. Join our growing business network and buy wholesale by sending your VAT number, company identification number and address or website to contact@poppers-store.eu.

In the meantime, you can create your account at www.poppers-store.eu and we will activate the account as soon as we receive your information.

As an individual, you will need to order through www.poppers-aromas.eu.


How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, just email us as soon as you can at contact@poppers-aromas.eu or use our online contact form. Don’t forget to add a clear message title such as “Cancel order…” and your reference order so we can look after that ASAP. Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. 

However, after dispatch, we cannot intervene sadly. In this case, you may refuse the order on delivery. If you refuse the delivery, you will be responsible for any and all freight charges. Please email us about delivery refusal so we can help.


How many poppers bottles can I order?

We typically advise you to order 5 to 6 bottles at a time, to ease your delivery process.


I received my parcel, but my products were damaged or missing. What should I do?

If you experience any faulty or missing products please get in touch e-mail with our Customer Service contact@poppers-aromas.eu within 48 hours of parcel delivery. To help us help you, we invite you to provide your order and your product references, take pictures of your parcel or the damages on your bottles. This will ensure a speedy resolution of your query.


How do I know if my order has been processed?

After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your junk mail, you might find it there.
