To place an order, you will have to log into your account. If you have not created an account yet, please read the previous section How to create an account.
Once you have logged on, select the products you would like to purchase, and they will be placed automatically into your shopping cart.
Once you have finished your shopping, click on the cart logo to “Proceed to checkout”.
To complete your purchase, you must follow three steps requesting you confirm your delivery address, your preferred shipping option, and your selected payment.
Please note, that the final step will resume your payment choice, your billing, and delivery information and your order.
You will be asked to accept our Terms and Conditions to proceed with your order.
Once you have created your account and filled your basket, the next step is to check out. During the process, we will ask you to confirm what kind of credit or debit card you are going to use and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
On the next page, you will be forwarded to a secure payment platform and asked to fill in your card number details. The 3DS secure software will require your bank’s authorisation for the transaction. You will then receive a confirmation code from your bank, to validate your purchase. Once this is complete, you will be automatically forwarded to the welcoming page and receive confirmation of your payment and order.
We accept payment by credit or debit card with Visa or Mastercard.
You won't be able to pay with PayPal.
Purchases made in our online shop are made only in euros.
However, if your purchase is made from a country outside the Eurozone, the conversion into your local currency will be done automatically by your bank.
This will take into account the current exchange rate when you make the purchase. To convert your national currency to euro, feel free to search online or to use xe.com/currencyconverter, for instance.
We offer a wire transfer option to our Canadian customers.
Banks may use “partner banks” to transfer your money, and they charge about €10 each. Most wire transfers do not meet with this added charge, we apologise if this occurs for your payment.
To clarify which services you can use to transfer your payment, some of our customers use Wise.com or Thunes.com to process their wire transfer, often more convenient and less expensive.
Some banks prefer the second BIC code that you received by email, after placing your order. So, as soon as we receive your payment, we will confirm your order, and you will receive a tracking link shortly after.
