Product arrived safely, well-packaged, and fast. However, I was unable to track the shipment at all. The initial shipper provided a tracking number, and using it, I was able to see that my package was ready to be shipped to USPS. After that, I was not able to track it at all.

I've always had a good experience with ordering except for twice. One time was my last order, it was supposed to be Fist and Everest and I got two different bottles with Fist written on it. The one is my regular one but the other ... Who knows where that came from.
I'd be very greatful if you sent out an everest bottle to make up for the wrong stuff I got. Its really awful stuff not my brand at all. ***

I am VERY happy with the continuing service I get from Poppers-Aromas. I place an order and in less than 10 days my goods arrive in Southern California. I get better quality products shipped to me for better prices than I can get locally. Once I had a bottle that had either leaked or hadn’t been filled correctly. With no question P-A credited me with a bottle for my next order. One other time, during the pandemic, an order was refused for an unknown reason by inbound customs. Areas to improve on are:
1) Browser experience is not good. The filtering experience on Web browser such as Chrome and Edge is buggy.
2) Delivery address labels fail to pick up the complete address I typed in. The courier has to call me to clarify about the incompletenl address printed. Eg. The full address is "***". What is printed on the parcel shows "***". Drops off the ***.

I could use more info on the contents and formula used for the different brands. The strength indication is one thing I use to determine which type I want, so make sure that is correct.
Shipping is very fast and the packaging is also very good. There were no issues with the payment process and also the redemption of the rewards points went smoothly for me.
Due to shipping costs I tend to buy in larger quantiles and wait for a good discount sale.
Information on how to property store and maintain product quality would be another area to inform the users on.

Easy to use the website with filters to get to your favourite poppers. It would be useful if you can sell also products like poppers masks etc to make the use easier and enhance the effect. The delivery was quick. All in all a very good service and will continue to purchase my poppers here.

I like dealing with this company, but there sometimes the products are t sealed properly and leak in transit. One product on particular I just don’t buy from them anymore because it always arrives leaking and discoloured. I buy this from a competitor instead with no issues.
I’m in Australia and from order to delivery tales three to four weeks. Any improvements in that area that don’t come at extra cost would be welcome. There are plenty of companies who deliver quicker, but I order here because of the prices - the delayed delivery is just something to live with.
It would be convenient if I could select a currency for purchase so that, a) I understand the costs without having to convert, and b) am not at the mercy of PayPal’s high exchange rate.

Usually when my mail carrier attempts to deliver the package I am not home. I understand why you require a signature, but I am a long standing customer.

Service and delivery is faultless. However, the product I bought is very different from the same brand marketed here in Australia. I am referring to Jungle Juice Platinum. The product you sell is very different, has a different aroma, and also expires very quickly. I was very disappointed with it. I realise that it's not your fault but, perhaps you should warn customers that the same brand may have a different formulation in every country and it may not have same effect

For the most part I have been pleased with the service, a few times it took longer than usual to receive my order but I figure that is due to customs.
The order that I placed in March made it to customs in the USA, but was returned so I never received that order. I received a e-mail about that same time but it was in French, which I do not read. I would still like to receive this order as I like the products and it is already paid for.
