I'm very satisfied with both the order process and the follow-up email from the customer service, although there was a little trouble during the first shipment. But the goods were eventually delivered to me, and they even compensated me with an extra bottle. But I have a small suggestion. Maybe I'm a die-hard veteran player. I hope the concentration of the product can be increased. I don't know if the Mount Everest I bought is the strongest concentration. I bought it based on the star index, but among the bottles I've used before, it's not the strongest.

Great service. Ordered late one evening in the UK and arrived 3 days later. Not tried many as I ordered quick a few. Happy with everything though and the packaging was great. I've had problems in the past actually receiving orders - once stopped by US customs; once local delivery unsuccessful because I wasn't available to supply a signature on delivery. Most recently, followed your advice to keep the order relatively small. Went thru customs AND was left for me without need for signature. Happy with the product and price. Should ship with FedEx all the time to the United States. Such ease with customs and it got to me surprisingly quickly. Love the selection so much but I wish there were different scented strong aromas available to pick from. Still love the selection of aromas regardless. Always reliable and available and some what reasonably priced.

I live in the US and I am aware of the issues with Customs, but I can say, I have not had a problem yet. That being said-I tend to limit my shipment size to help with this (no more than 10 bottles at one time). My purchases take about a full week to get to me in Texas.

From the 2 orders i placed i will say the following. Order precedure is ok but for me when adding a product to the shopping cart i would like it if there was not a constant pop-up for "product successfully added to your shopping cart". I understand the reason but i think that before "ordering" anyone would already check to see if they have everything in the cart. Customer support has been very helpful when i had questions. From a scale of 1 to 10 i would (for now) give it a 9 because there is always room for improvement. I buy for someone else that is not so straight forward about what he wants but he confirmed that the quality is good. If someone else ever asked me where they can but these products i would of course recommend this website. Thank you!

There was a problem with the delivery of my order which was not the fault of this company but of the carrier. The response from Customer Service was very fast and the problem was quickly corrected with a new order being shipped rapidly to replace the lost delivery. This was at no extra cost to me.

The products that I received have the strength I was hoping for. I still wish I could find the original ones that were available in the 80's and 90's, but the ones I received were very good at a reasonable price.
The shipping was fabulous. I was surprised how quickly my order arrived in my small town in Kansas. I was also happy that FedEx was used and did not require a signature. I have had orders come in the past via the US Postal Service that require a signature. That means a trip to the Post Office to get my parcel. I assumed I would need to sign for the package after reading about it online, but FedEx said "no signature required".
I will have no hesitation in ordering again. Thank you for making this a pleasant transaction!
