I'm very satisfied with both the order process and the follow-up email from the customer service, although there was a little trouble during the first shipment. But the goods were eventually delivered to me, and they even compensated me with an extra bottle. But I have a small suggestion. Maybe I'm a die-hard veteran player. I hope the concentration of the product can be increased. I don't know if the Mount Everest I bought is the strongest concentration. I bought it based on the star index, but among the bottles I've used before, it's not the strongest.

This site has been my go-to for a few years now. I can always expect great quality products and reliable shipping every time! I live in the US and I am aware of the issues with Customs, but I can say, I have not had a problem yet. That being said-I tend to limit my shipment size to help with this (no more than 10 bottles at one time). My purchases take about a full week to get to me in Texas.

From the 2 orders i placed i will say the following. Order precedure is ok but for me when adding a product to the shopping cart i would like it if there was not a constant pop-up for "product successfully added to your shopping cart". I understand the reason but i think that before "ordering" anyone would already check to see if they have everything in the cart. Customer support has been very helpful when i had questions. From a scale of 1 to 10 i would (for now) give it a 9 because there is always room for improvement. I buy for someone else that is not so straight forward about what he wants but he confirmed that the quality is good. If someone else ever asked me where they can but these products i would of course recommend this website. Thank you!

There was a problem with the delivery of my order which was not the fault of this company but of the carrier. The response from Customer Service was very fast and the problem was quickly corrected with a new order being shipped rapidly to replace the lost delivery. This was at no extra cost to me.

One thing I'd like to mention though, there was a very slight whiff of aroma seeping through package which concerned me somewhat, but it was delivered without problems. Obviously one of the seals on a bottle (or more) can't have been airtight. For your information.

My previous order was delayed by 2 weeks for customs issues. Not actually your company fault but new customs rules I guess. It took awhile to get proper paperwork. It was resolved but the required paperwork hopefully can be included with future order to help in deliveries.
