Everything on their part was great, the product i received, even better, like wow it was good. This was my first successful delivery after having packages returned, the one small con, i can kinda see why their packages dont make it through customs, in the USA there is crackdown on aromas, and they kinda package them to obvious what they are.

I'm very satisfied with both the order process and the follow-up email from the customer service, although there was a little trouble during the first shipment. But the goods were eventually delivered to me, and they even compensated me with an extra bottle. But I have a small suggestion. Maybe I'm a die-hard veteran player. I hope the concentration of the product can be increased. I don't know if the Mount Everest I bought is the strongest concentration. I bought it based on the star index, but among the bottles I've used before, it's not the strongest.

Very strong smell like the caps are not fully sealed and the labels have faded totally I think due to the fumes from the Amyl - need the tops to seal fully - have them in an airtight container in the fridge to stop the smell in the fridge. What is the best way to store this to limit the impact of the strong smell.

I've had problems in the past actually receiving orders - once stopped by US customs; once local delivery unsuccessful because I wasn't available to supply a signature on delivery. Most recently, followed your advice to keep the order relatively small. Went thru customs AND was left for me without need for signature. Happy with the product and price. Although Parcelforce made no attempt to deliver to my home then required days and days of chasing- to no avail your own response was immediate and appropriate. I received my repeat order very punctually. It took two further days until the original order was located and I was given accurate information in order to collect it. It is a shame that Parcelforce’s ineptitude required a replacement order. So no points to Parcelforce and ten out of ten to Poppers Aromas!
